Right to Change - We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. There may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on our website or catalog that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability and we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

PayPal - For convenience purchases on SidSavage.com can also be paid using PayPal. Simply select the PayPal payment method during checkout and you will be redirected to PayPal's website for payment processing.
Net Terms Purchasing (Open Account) - (Subject to Approval): To establish Net Terms Purchasing with Sid Savage Auto Dealer Supply, complete our Credit Application. *Adobe® Acrobatr® required. All merchandise delivered is to be paid within 30 days of the ship date.
Returned Checks - Checks which are not honored by your bank will put your account on a cash only basis. We will charge a service fee for all returned checks.

Lowest Price Guarantee - If you find a competitor's current published price that is lower than Sid Savage Auto Dealer Supply's current published price, on an identical item, just show us the lower price when you buy the item from Sid Savage Auto Dealer Supply, or within 30 days after the invoice date of your purchase, and we will match the lower price. Our 30-day price-match guarantee is good on all of our products. The item to be price matched must be from a company located in the U.S. that has the item in-stock and the price (in U.S. Dollars) must be for the same quantity and terms.
- The item must be the identical with the same included equipment or accessories.
- Price matching will occur for items advertised by our competition excluding used, non-stock, custom, discontinued, close out items, or other special promotions.
- We reserve the right to verify another company's product availability and price before issuing a price match.
- Our lowest price will be determined after all additional discounts and rebates have been applied.
- If another company offers a product that comes with a free or discounted item, there will be no price match.
- We may limit the quantity of an item that may be price matched and reserve the right to limit quantities sold to a purchases.
- This policy is subject to change without notice.
Pricing - All prices listed in United States dollars (US$). All payments must be in United States dollars (US$). In addition to the purchase price, you shall pay any and all federal, state and local, use, excise, transportation, and other taxes, duties or fees currently or subsequently imposed on goods furnished under these Terms & Conditions.
Beginning in September of 2018, the United States has implemented three rounds of tariff increases affecting $200 billion in goods covering a wide variety of product categories imported from China, with the likelihood of another increase and additional product categories on March 1, 2019. Regretfully, we cannot fully absorb these increases and we are forced to adjust prices with an unprecedented amount of short notice. When placing an order on our website, the price you see in your cart, will be the correct price. If you are comparing a printed catalog to our website, the website price will be the correct price.
- For orders currently in our system, we will honor the price you were quoted at the time you placed the order, regardless of the ship date.
- We will not be able to honor all prices listed in our printed catalogs. When placing an order by phone, you will be told of any increases at the time you place your order.

Shipping - Stock orders received by 4:00pm EST, Monday through Friday, will be shipped that same day. Orders placed over the weekend, or on holidays, will ship on the next business day. Depending on your location, the ground shipping time is one to seven business days. Overnight and 2nd Day delivery services are available at an additional expense. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Damaged Goods - Upon receipt of goods, if damage exists, please do the following:
1.) Retain the original shipping carton
2.) Contact our customer service department.
We will re-ship your order at no charge, and file a claim with the delivery carrier.
Returns & Credit - We guarantee 100% satisfaction. Before returning any product, please call customer service at (800) 521-1712 for return instructions. Items purchased can only be returned if:
- The return is packaged and shipped in the original packaging.
- Merchandise is in its original packaging.
- Item are still in new condition, and are deemed re-sellable by our returns department.
- Items are not advertised as short-term promotional use.
- Item is returned within 60 days from the original purchase date.
Upon receipt of returned merchandise we will either replace the merchandise, issue a credit, or offer a refund.
Returns on Custom Imprinted, Personalized Products. We strive to exceed your expectations. On personalized products, if your order is not printed exactly as you approved it, please contact our friendly Customer Service team at (800) 521-1712 and we will make it right - whether that means reprinting your order at no additional cost, issuing an account credit or refunding your order in full. We'll even cover the shipping. It's as simple as that.
