Package in great shape when delivered and it was delivered in a speedy manner, thanks a bunch

I did not receive one of the items on my order, it was on the packing slip but was not in the box. I called to let them know and she asked several questions and I got the feeling she didn't believe me however she said they would send the item out right away. I have ordered from Sid Savage for years and this is the first issue I've ever had so hopefully I will receive my missing item soon.
